The project aims to establish sustainable partnerships to realize existing potential through openness and the synergy of joint participation. It directs efforts toward forming a set of measures and project ideas that will optimally contribute to the region’s competitiveness growth and the achievement of the relevant goals of the Regional Development Strategy 2027. These will become part of the region’s unified public investment project portfolio.
The main focus of the project is centered on the following goals:
Stakeholder Mobilization: Forming regional partnerships around regional competitiveness priorities, with a focus on preparing project ideas related to:

promoting investment attraction to the region;

creating conditions for the development of intermunicipal and cross-border cooperation.

Coordination and Alignment: Synchronizing the joint work of partners and stakeholders on project ideas to transform them into project concepts / investment-attractive proposals suitable for funding from state, regional/local, donor, and European programmes.
Strengthening Regional Partnership: Enhancing the capacity of participants and stakeholders (in particular, the Regional Development Agency) through joint work and new experience in supporting the formation of priority projects for the region’s competitiveness development. In the future, these projects will become part of the region’s public investment portfolio.
