Prykarpattia — where Ukraine’s taste begins!
We are excited to share all the details of Prykarpattia’s participation in the 23rd European Week of Regions and Cities in Brussels!
Our journey had an important mission — to showcase products from local producers, because the taste of Prykarpattia must be experienced to truly understand its uniqueness.
We carefully prepared our stand, selected the very best flavors, and proudly presented Ukraine among the European regions for the first time.
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this event.
Most importantly, we express our gratitude to the local producers who made it possible for our region to be represented at an event of such scale.
This year, the following producers joined us:
Medova Spadshchyna — natural honey and beekeeping products made using traditional techniques. The apiaries of Mr. Andriy are a true philosophy of caring for bees and nature.
CHARA & GARRA — Craft Winery of Halychyna — craft wines from the historic hills of Halychyna, combining local grapes with a modern winemaking approach.
Obertosy — Prykarpattia snacks made from natural ingredients, a perfect match for beer. Our Italian friends kept coming back for more — no kidding.
Yager Brewery — a local brewery that follows classic recipes and uses high-quality ingredients. This small brewery is already well-loved in Ivano-Frankivsk, and now Europeans are impressed too — especially with the honey and chocolate-flavored beer.
Dolyna Sweets — confectionery with a long history, known for quality and distinctive taste. (solodkadolyna.com)
Vomond — a modern brand that presented Ukrainian-produced bubble tea and plant-based imitation caviar.
budz_baran & ECO-Karpaty — producers of natural cheeses made from milk sourced from mountain farms.
RYBAK — meat products crafted according to traditional homemade recipes. Europeans tried salo for the first time — and yes, that was quite the experience.
Nastoyanka — a line of natural herbal and berry-infused spirits from the Carpathians (Yaremche).
Ligos — a popular Ukrainian bakery brand recognized for its quality and variety of baked goods.
We traveled with the feeling that we were bringing something much bigger than products.
We were bringing the taste of Prykarpattia — to show that Ukraine has so much to surprise the world with.
We’re already preparing ideas for next year.
In the meantime, support our local producers and enjoy the flavors of Prykarpattia — because every taste tells a story.
