Training “Project Management” supported by Polska Pomoc.

Acquiring New Skills!

Recently, the “Project Management” training was held with the support of the Polish Aid program (Polska Pomoc). The primary goal was to enhance knowledge and skills in various aspects of project management. The participants included representatives from city and regional councils, as well as regional development agencies from different parts of Ukraine.

The main topics covered were:

  • Goal Setting and Planning: Mastering the SMART methodology, which helps to clearly formulate goals, making them specific, measurable, and achievable.
  • Effective Teamwork: Exploring methods for organizing teams, assigning roles, and motivating members, enabling us to engage participants actively.
  • Risk Management: Learning to identify potential risks, analyze them, and develop response plans to ensure project stability.
  • Monitoring and Quality Control: Understanding how to track project progress and effectively oversee task execution to deliver the expected outcomes.

This training provided an excellent opportunity to improve approaches to project management, which is especially important for the further development of our region.

We extend our gratitude to the organizers for their support and valuable insights!
